TOUR ITINERARY Day 1: Thursday, 16 August Check in at 18h00 at Johannesburg International airport for flight to Cairo. Flight departs Johannesburg at 21h45. Flying time is approximately 8 hours. Dinner and breakfast is served on board the plane. Day 2: Friday, 17 August Arrive in Cairo airport at 06h30, met and assisted through customs and transferred to a day use hotel room where you can relax or have the option to spend the day visiting the Sphinx & Pyramids. Transfer back to the airport in the early evening for your flight to Marsa Alam which departs at 22h00 and arrives in Marsa Alam at 23h25 . Met at airport on arrival and transferred directly to the Liveaboard. Check into Liveaboard and overnight at the Marina. Day 3 –7: Saturday, 18 August – Wednesday, 22 August 6 Nights on board a premium class luxury live-aboard. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served daily and tea, coffee, soft drinks and bottled water are freely available on board. DIVING: St. Johns National Park St. Johns National Park is situated in the Deep South on the border of Sudan. It is a remote spectacular virgin wilderness where reefs rise up from an enormous undersea plateau, sheer walls plunge away sharply teaming with shoals of fish and masses of soft corals. Sharks are commonly encountered including hammerheads, threshers and oceanic white tips. Day 8: Thursday, 23 August 2 morning dives, lunch and return to port in the early afternoon. Check out of Liveaboard and transfer to a 4* hotel in Marsa Alam. Spend the evening at leisure and overnight at the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. Day 9: Friday, 24 August Spend morning at leisure and transfer to Marsa Alam airport in the afternoon for the flight to Cairo departing at 18H55 and arriving in Cairo at 20h20. The flight to Johannesburg departs at 23h30, dinner & breakfast is served on board. Day 10: Saturday, 25 August Arrival time in Johannesburg aproximately 09h40.
